Hi all
I love to get out and shoot street at night, I love the atmosphere and the colours of the bars and restaurants especially on a wet night.
when is you go to time to go out and shoot it doesn’t have to be a time in the day it could be a season too

At a minimum I have a routine. I like to get up early on Saturday ("Like is pretty strong, but once I'm out I'm happy, lol). I can get into town or to trails before it becomes too busy. I will sometimes check out the light rail routes and pick out a coffee shop near one of the stations and start the day there. I like night shooting also, but I rarely get out to do it, because it's "late" :). Sometimes I have an objective, sometimes not, but usually Friday night I plan out what I might want to work on - maybe something on film, maybe a particular theme, etc - and then pick a spot and see what I can see.

I enjoy the fall and winter. It gets dark earlier which gives me more golden hour opportunities. I work mornings usually, so after work I can drive around for an hour or two and get very nice light. THEN I can go home and sit with my cats too and sleep allllllmost on time. Lol
I enjoy nights a lot too, so I try to shoot at night once a month, or once every other month too.

I like night-time too - although it's been a while since I shot at night - I need to get out more!

I like daytime, specifically weekends, in three parks in my city in addition to wherever I happen to be traveling. I think I like natural subjects, landscapes, and animals most of all. But sometimes those don’t all necessarily cooperate with the camera! As for seasons, I worship summer but fall is my favorite season and November has long been my favorite month.

I like fall and winter and blue hour into night. Now I will also force myself out into the harshness of midday sun with my mind on shadows and contrast. I also like drizzly, gray, cloudy, or foggy weather. 🤷
Funny thing though, when I do manage to get out for morning light. I like it so much that I declare I'm going to get more morning scenes and then don't change my patterns at all. 🤦😂

@Nisah Cheatham Great shots, it’s a funny thing I remember getting up at 4am once to get a sunrise and said the very same I think I managed two outing me before the call one the pillow over took the want for getting out lol

Anytime I can get out but I especially love getting out after a rain to try and capture reflection photos which are my favorite.
