Sounds like a good idea to me, but how would it be run and judged? Does it need to be sperate from the main feed or possible a suggested topic for that week?
How about some contests?

I think it would be nice to hold a contest, mostly, either by a challenge or by sponsored by the boss man. You'll notice everyone have a particular topic that they favor, one that puts them in the top 10. But it may be a topic others can't compete against, so let's give everyone the same topic so we can see their skill level based in different surroundings. Just a thought!

I think once a month would be enough to give everyone a chance to think about it and them complete the task. Ken can oversee it and appoint some judges based on the topic. I think it should be totally bipartisan, not members, perhaps a guest, a professional. We can leave that up to Ken!
