Could we have an alternate layout so older posts stay visible longer?

Ken, I have a request -- I love that your exceptional project is growing so big so fast! As we are having so many posts every week, having a vertical scroll makes older pictures "disappear" faster and faster every week. This is more a problem, especially when I'm checking the website out on my mobile. I feel like this makes some amazing photographs not get enough love over time. Is there any alternate layout, that you think might work better?

I don't have a very specific suggestion to be honest, but just a thought. I think one BIG pro of the setup you have now, is that it clearly shows the message that the photographer wants to convey, so I do absolutely love that.
