Delivering or sharing

Hi just wondering do you need to share your images for either clients or to media outlets and if so what do people use to deliver images and media to them? so things like we transfer, google drive etc

I’ve set up an Adobe portfolio page so I can add and share the images and I’ve also got another which my main content is on with all the links to socials and email etc.

I’d be interested to hear thanks.
